Mr. Osayande possesses over twenty-eight years cognate experience in Banking, Finance and Public Finance. He has been two-time Managing Director / Chief Executive of top grade new generation banks. Also at various times of his career he also held the positions of: Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager and Audit Senior with PriceWaterHouseCoopers.
During his career as a banker, he held various non-executive positions in both public and private sectors. He is an alumnus of several international training institutions including International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland, and American Express Forex Trading School, New York. He is an expert in corporate finance and business turnaround. He is currently on the Board of various companies
Mr. Otike-Obaro has over thirty years experience as accountant and banker. He had accounting and audit training in the international firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers with exposure in systems design and investigation in banking; he held various management positions from Area Manager to a Director
Mr. Inyang worked as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Internal Auditor of Child Care Resources, Inc. Gainesville Florida and Nigerian Merchant Bank respectively. He is currently the President of Results Professional Services, Inc. Jacksonville, Florida, which provides services in tax, accounting systems design and development for industry and mortgage services clients
Mr. Aneke is a finance and management practitioner with over 35 years experience. He trained with Messrs. Alexander Grant & Company in the USA and qualified a Certified Public Accountant (Wisconsin & Illinois) from where he proceeded to work for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Nigeria). His cognate experience spans across various industries; in addition to Head of Finance and Administration in the Nigeria’s hospitality industry for over a decade. He forayed into the public service and served (in an ad hoc capacity) as a member of the Presidential panel of inquiry investigating all cases of Temporary Import Permit abuses
Mr. Yakubu is an information technology and business process expert, with experience of over twenty years working with reputable firms of Coopers & Lybrand, and Deloitte & Touche Consulting. He has also worked in a number of African countries, United States and the United Kingdom. He is a highly rated business process consultant to many World Bank projects, the public and private sector organizations and institutions
Mr. Akinwole commenced his career over 30 years ago as lecturer, marketer and subsequently in management consulting. He had six years consulting experience at the Center for Management Development (CMD), Lagos and held senior management positions with Michael Stevens Consulting, Delbe System and Technology, Modern Resources Management and Rightlane Ventures. He is an accredited and a certified trainer by the Nigerian Council for Management Development (NCMD) through CMD. He had training in Development Economics at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Peshawar, Pakistan. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (IPMN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)
Adepoju, Kunle Mr. Adepoju, since his graduation over 20 years ago, has worked with many organizations. He had his professional training and excellent working experience with Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers). He had also worked extensively with some banks including Equitorial Trust Bank and Intercontinental Bank where he distinguished himself as a diligent accountant and business consultant. Mr. Desmond Abollo has over 15 years working experience with 8 years cognate experience inn Information and Communication Technology. Mr. Abollo has worked at various times in top management positions – as Business Development Strategist. He has participated in several projects amongst which was the consolidation and integration of banks in Nigeria, where he handled the Information Technology due diligence. He has developed extensive hands-on-experience on various Federal and state government IT and human capital projects
